About Brigette Brown
Meet Brigette, an insurance agent with a heart and passion for helping others. She has been a multi-line agent with Georgia Farm Bureau and Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance companies for over 30 years, and still considers her job to be a blessing. Before entering the world of insurance, Brigette earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Brewton Parker College. Shortly after graduation, she was pursued by a long-time Farm Bureau agent who felt this would be the perfect career for her...and that agent was right! As a multi-line Agent, Brigette can write many types of insurance & other products... including, but not limited to Life Insurance, Annuities (Qualified & Non-qualified), Home, Auto, Motorcycle, ATV, Boat, Disability & Long- Term Care. She also works for Farm Bureau Bank, offering Certificates of Deposit, CD-IRA's, Installment Loans, Credit Cards & more. Through her own personal experiences, as well as sharing in the experiences of others, she understands the purpose & the importance of what she does. Early in Brigette's insurance career, she earned an LUTC Fellow designation through the National Association of Life Underwriters, certified by The Life Underwriter Training Council. Over the last 30 years, she has won numerous County & District Awards, including Top Honors, not only in insurance, but also Farm Bureau Bank production. However, these awards never come to mind when she is helping someone who has just lost a loved one, or their home or been involved in a serious auto accident. Being able to help someone in a time of their greatest need will always be the most important purpose of her job. Some personal notes about Brigette are that she is very family-oriented and loves spending quality time with her two daughters and her grandson, the one who truly holds her heart! She is a Christian and an active member of First Baptist Church of Hazlehurst, where she is blessed to be a part of the music ministry. Singing for the Lord brings her great Joy, and she is grateful for this ministry. She has a strong belief that everyone should be more kind, generous and compassionate towards others.
